Safari 5.1.10 Snow Leopard, Ghostery not blocking trackers in cache.

I have all items checked. These--not sure what they are exactly--get through no matter what I do. I am not allowing third party cookies, am using an adblocker and a secondary script blocker. Should Ghostery be blocking these? Am I missing something in Ghostery settings? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for blocking them.

What are these things anyway? I've never encountered these in my primary browser, Firefox 24.
