As an enthusiastic Ghostery user I update my allowed exceptions every time. I allow three items only out of the total: 2 widgets and one tracker (NY Times)
It would be very handy if there were a small table where you could save your exceptions and block everything else.

Hi Gunther,
If you visit the Advanced tab of Ghostery's options page, you'll be able to enable blocking incoming trackers by default (as well as enable getting notified of library updates, so you can review new stuff).
