Sluggish status bar alert count display

Ghostery is quite interesting & gives good information on any detected ghost feeds & I like it a lot. However, the status bar alert count can be a bit sluggish to change if you are surfing pages quickly but you can always hide that of course.

I know this is only a minor problem but if it was a bit faster when you are surfing pages quickly Ghostery would be almost perfect.
