snapengage.com widget, is this in the scope of ghostery?

Edit Subject

rebelmouse.com uses a chat support service called snapengage.com, I am not quite sure if this is a tracker, the name of the cookies use the word bug a lot so it may be, otherwise it looks like a widget. This is not detected by Ghostery.

SnapEngage is already in Ghostery's library; however, at least two variants aren't matched. [Bugs Version 235]
