so how do you exactly 'block' scripts?

Hi yoshi, thanks for using Ghostery.

I'm not sure I understand what exactly you are asking here, tho I'll assume that you merely want to enable blocking in your Ghostery for Chrome and answer that. Let me know if this is not what you meant.

In Chrome, install Ghostery from our web site. Once installed, click on the Ghostery icon and select options (the blue icon with clock wheels). This will open Ghostery Options page. Scroll down to "Enabled Bug Blocking" checkbox and checkmark it. After that you need to select the companies you wish to block and finally, press Save at the bottom. Your Ghostery is now configured for blocking.

  what i mean is that sometimes the browser won't(or is inable block the code)...something like QuickAd. ghostery cant block some of the codes. thats what i mean.

  yoshi, this is a known Chrome draw back -- it lets the scripts in sometimes when Ghostery is not fast enough to react (read your settings). The bug is filed with Google, but there isnt any rush on their side.
