Hello
I'm using Ghostery 1.4.1 on Safari 6.0.2 and I have recently been experiencing an issue in which a checked tracker is not blocked and is shown as "white" on the alert bubble.
This happens even after having done a re-instal and even though my whitelist has nothing on it.
I would like to know how to have all the trackers blocked.

Greetings Edson,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
In your blocking library.. click on "Select All", then on the advanced tab under Auto-Update.. click on "Block New Elements by Default".. Click Save..
this will ensure that all trackers are blocked at all times.. If after you have done this and you see trackers unblocked, but checked in the library.. send us the URL and a screenshot and we will take a look.
Hope that helps! -

What I want is not to block all trackers nor to block all new ones (i know that's what I wrote, but I intended to put "all selected trackers") Is there a way to accomplish this?
The issue to which this one was merged is effectively the same one, however it does not provide a solution or an explanation for the bug. Even more important the last reply by someone from Ghostery was 2 months ago so it seems to be forgotten by the staff.-
Hi edson.ajj,
We didn't forget about this issue; we just don't have a solution yet. Sorry! -
