Someone is blocking ghostery

I think to use the newest version from ghostery. It was exelent working for the first weeks. But now instead the little ghostery window on top of the page with lots of # their is only a little quadrat which is blocking the ghostery symbol and I am not shure also blocking a reinstall from ghostery. This makes me mad. All by IE9
