Specific (non-TLD) URL whitelist still blocks components
I have whitelisted the URL http://www.facebook.com/HippiesPizza/... because for whatever reason Facebook Connect is required to load in order to see the whole menu. However, Facebook Connect is still blocked when loading the page. Perhaps relevant, the URL is added only in lowercase characters.

Thanks for reporting this issue! It does appear to be caused by letter case sensitivity.
As a workaround, try whitelisting facebook.com. This will disable blocking on facebook.com pages (Facebook Connect will still be blocked outside of facebook.com).
The quickest way to toggle site whitelisting right now is to click Ghostery's button, click "Edit Blocking Options", click "Don't Block on ..." and then reload.Comment -

1Thanks for following up. I did end up adding that whitelist - I figure Facebook Connect is pretty harmless if I'm already on Facebook anyway. :) -

Ghostery 4.1.0 for Chrome, released today, no longer forces lowercasing on URLs being whitelisted on Ghostery's options page.
