Spontaneous reversion of blocking settings

Hello
Ghostery 5.3.2 + autoupdate & Ghostrank enabled
FF 30.0
Win7 32 bit

I regularly find that my Options of Block ALL Trackers (all boxes ticked) reverts to PARTIAL blocking (some of the boxes still ticked & other/s shaded solid)
I notice this when the Ghostery bubble displays an "allowed" tracker (no strike-through)
I have not been able to determine what triggers this behaviour - ? at update

Also, the settings GUI is flawed (for me) in that it is not intuitive as to whether a tick in the box, or a shaded box means "ALL blocked"
My suggestion is for either :-
- shade boxes RED=NONE / AMBER=SOME / GREEN=ALL
- shade boxes NOT=NONE / HATCHED or HALF=SOME / FULL=ALL
