Statusbar icon wastes space

one of the developers answered that it's fixed in version 1.9.9
but unfortunately the problem still exists...

I use Ghostery 2.5.1 in latest firefox nightly 4.0b12pre.
The statusbar icon wastes space (has some empty space on it's right)
It's is most annoying when the ghost count is disabled (i have it disabled)
