stupid pops ups...

I need a way to block, market ads and ads by hq-video-pro-1.9 even with ads blocked by you these still pop up HELP!!!
I have as far as I can tell, got ads blocked and tracking blocked. Yet the ads by video-pro-1.9 still pop up. And also the mrkt ads, I do not have more info on them I just keep clicking the x to close page. I also have an ad pop up with a woman wearing headset telling me to talk with person about my pc problem. I get a scrolling rolling page, starting from the right hand upper corner, like a page peeling, I get another window page opens with info telling me that my version of firfox is wrong.. Point is I have blocked pops every way I know and still I get them.Avast scans tell me all is great no trouble, yet I think this is trouble any idea how to stop them?? It has gottne so bad I can't visit ancestry a service I pay for, and when typing if I move mouse and click another page opens.. Every thing I have as safe guard tells me all is well, sooo??? I do not have unlimited internet like everyone else apparently has I have to pay for 5 gb a month, so ads popping up are eating that allotment up. I have so many blocks I cannot do my bills, banking, check email, etc. i do not play games online, need help. I got rid of google chrome and if the ads keep popping up inside google I will get rid of them too. I did nto ask for ads, nor do I want thme.
