text-enhance.com does not appear on either of the sites you mentioned*; its appearance almost certainly indicates the presence of malware (typically a bad extension or browser hijacker) on your computer, not something for Ghostery to handle.

*However, www.freegeekvancouver.org does have a suspicious CoinWidget, and www.era.ca uses Livehelper — both items that would fall within Ghostery's purview.
