Support for wildcards in Ghotery Whitelisting?

Is it possible to add support for wildcards in whitelisting on Ghostery? I am using a script on Youtube to whitelist particular channels for Ad Blocking as I want to support them via Ad Revenue.. Blocking all trackers, including Google Ad Sense, negates the whitelist of the ad block. Whitelisting the entire Youtube site is suicide. I don't want to do that. Whitelisting every single video, which has a dynamic URL, is pointless. I am asking if you can implement wild cards in Ghostery whitelisting so this would be possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch*user=USE... | So far, that's been working for Ad Block, but not with Ghostery.
