The Ghostery's whitelist ghost

Edit Subject

I whitelisted a site by accident. I can't get it to go away. I deleted it from the whitelist page (didn't work), then uninstalled Ghost, cleared the cookies and cache....rebooted, reinstalled Ghost and the same site shows up in the whitelisted list. What next?
