There seems to be a spectre stopping ghostery from .....

I must be missing something obvious.
I have read all the info on your web pages and can not see anything "happening" or "do" anything which your website implies I should be able to such as finding more about the "tracker" or block them when ghostery is installed.

The only thing which happens is a small window containing a few items appears from time to time. I can do nothing with/to the entries.

A "hand" appears when the mouse is moved into the window, left click closes the window regardless of the number of items or the item selected, right click shows the standard Windows menu.

I am running XP Pro, 4Gb Ram, AVG, Skype, IE8.
Is there a a ghost of a chance there is a problem?
