When you enter a site, the blue ghost should get green if you have already blocked everything. I think it's a very useful idea to save time because you don't have to look into the app and see what you have blocked or not. You could also add an option to block all the tracks in a web just with one click, and then (when activated this option) an other button to allow the trackers in that web.

Appreciate the idea.
If you have made specific choices about what trackers to allow, why would it matter if the tracker was present on a given page? You've already decided to allow it. If its just to block it, then you should make those global settings in your options menu.
