yandex.metrika definition updated.
list.ru is blocked as part of rambler -- list.ru does not exist any more and forwards to mail.ru counters (redirection is prevented when this occurs), but I've updated the tracker for this as well: filed under Rambler tracker.

Not a problem for me right now. I decided to continue using EasyPrivacy + my own subscription and disable Ghostery because it cause blocking without collapsing things like adriver. Sometimes it leaves large empty blocks on sites with adriver and some other ads.
I guess it will be good idea to adapt block collapsing code from AdBlock Plus in future or block only counters/cookies from adriver (if any) and leave adverts for more competent addons.
