Tracker pixel at ic-live.com is not yet detected by Ghostery

The tracker pixel (maybe non-javascript one?) at ic-live.com is not yet detected by Ghostery. An example can be found at www.surverymonkey.com (just attempt to fillout your own survery).

Here is an example URL:
http://1613.ic-live.com/goat.php?cID=...

Maybe the number 1613 may vary from site to site (to balance traffic load), so a regex like [0-9]{4}\.ic-live\.com/goat\.php(.*) may detect it? Just a wild guess. :)

  Yeap, its on of those cases where using javascript in context of a page, a new Image() is created and i.src is set. The source of the pixel is loaded, but since its never injected into DOM, Ghostery reporting does not know that it has been used...
  
  However, if blocking is on for this tracker, then it will be blocked regardless since content policy doesn't rely on the DOM.

  I don't suppose you'd consider adding \\/i2a\\.js to the pattern (that won't work for Avery or USAA, but would match all the others)?
