Trackers unblocking ghostery

Is is possible for trackers to unblock themselves in ghostery? I occasionally find one or two trackers noted but not blocked. when I update the bug list and re-check "all" in the options, there are a few that are not blocked, they then register as all blocked, but the total does not change, indicating that somehow some of the trackers became unblocked without my input.

    Hi WSH, thanks for using Ghostery.

    Whenever the bug lists is updated (through auto-update option in Ghostery options or when clicked on either of Ghostery menus), any new trackers will be set to be as unblocked by default. Reasoning for this is that Ghostery contains a lot of widgets and other useful scripts we might be stopping, so we do not set anything to blocked as a default behaviour: the user is ought to see the new tracker at some point and decide whether it should be blocked or not.
