Translation fix required

Please fix the french text reported when saving options... The current text, "Options d'enregistrement" is clearly a misunderstanding of the original text (I guess "Saving options" or something like this). The correct text should be "Enregistrement des options".

The current text actually means "Options concerning save", not "We are currently saving your options"...
