Twitter analytics pixel not detected on qbaka.com

On the page https://qbaka.com/ there is a script include from twitter analytics that is not blocked, while the actual counter pixel is blocked as Twitter Advertising.

I wonder if this could be added to the twitter advertising rule as well.
