Unable to install for 32 bit ie9.

I would like to have ghostery installed for both 32 bit and 64 bit ie9. The latter seemed to install ok, but 32 bit just hangs

and never says it completes. What is the install procedure for installing ghostery into 32bit ie9?

Thanks for using Ghostery!

Make sure your pop-up blocker is de-activated. Have you tried rebooting your system and trying the install again?

Pop-up blocker is deactivated, ghostery.com is in trusted web sites, yes I have tried rebooting. I still never get the "Install Complete" message.
