Trying to load the website www.debijenkorf.nl with everything (except Disqus and Brightcove) blocked results in a blank page, and unfortunately the only solution to use this site seems to be to completely whitelist it.
These are the (16!) trackers Ghostery is registering:

– AppNexus
– DoubleClick
– Facebook Exchange (FBX)
– Feedbackify
– Google AdWords Conversion
– Google Analytics
– Improve Digital
– OpenX
– PubMatic
– Rubicon
– Shop2market
– Sociomantic
– Visual Website Optimizer
– Yieldlab
Does anybody have any idea which one(s) might be the culprit(s) here?

1It's Shop2market. The site is specifically coded to fail if this is blocked (obvious if you view the page source). This might be fixable with a surrogate, but for now you'll have to give it what it wants. :-(

Thank you so much for your reaction! Strange thing though that, after unblocking Shop2market, Ghostery suddenly reports only five (instead of the expected 15) trackers as blocked for this site.
