Update resets all settings

When updating Ghostery, it would be nice if not everything was reset, so that the user would not need to go through the whole set-up every update, including whitelisting, adding exceptions etc. This is particularly a drag because there are some websites that ghostery breaks, and if I have forgotten that whitelisting solved the problem on that particular site, I have to go through the whole troubleshooting procedure again.
