Hi acr2d, thanks for using Ghostery.
This is a known bug: in 2.5 branch, a tracker is considered to be a tracking company. Some of the companies will have several tracker scripts assigned to them, so the numbers are skewed: the update page reports total number of tracking expressions Ghostery will look for, and options page reports the number of tracking companies (that should be less). This will be resolved in the next release.
