Other than the site you mentioned [iv.pl] and www.bajery.pl, none of the other places it appears see any significant traffic. If ABP doesn't consider it worthwhile (and they have a very low threshold), why should we bother? (However, it is listed in Fanboy's Poland Adblock List, although its adult side [xstat.pl] is not.)
