What about a specific tracking bug white list?

Certain bugs go across multiple websites. I really would rather not white list all the web sites that use these bugs. I'd rather have a white list for the bugs I need and still be able to black list the ones I don't.

For example, getsatisfaction is on multiple sites as is disquss, digg, addthis, and others. Some sites use 15 different bugs, and I don't want to allow all 15 (or treat a site as trustworthy that uses that many bugs) just because I need one.
