what is exithero.net?

on the site http://mouseflow.com/, there is widget loaded that apparently shows an additional offer if the user doesn't do anything for a while or is exiting the site again (I couldn't quite figure out what the criteria to show the widget are). The domain this widget is running on is exithero.net, but I couldn't find any service with that name or any details about this service.
Unless this is an service included in mouseflow, this is probably 3rd party widget, if it is part of mouseflow, its not detected by ghostery as such.

The script is first loaded at the url http://69.64.61.190/cdf/clients/mf/cd..., afterwards the requests go to subdomains of exithero.net
