When adding URLs to the whitelist, whitespace should be trimmed
In the Ghostery options on the Whitelist tab, when I enter “ http://example.org/” and press the Add button, an error message appears. Instead of this error message, the leading whitespace should be trimmed silently before processing the URL.

Roland.. you can send an email to support@ghostery.com with all of your suggestions.. I'm afraid some of your entries will get lost due to volume.

Oh, that’s surprising to me. I thought that this forum was exactly made for tracking those ideas and their life-cycle, and preventing the support team from duplicate suggestions. There is even this nice “Under consideration” status label which I expect from an issue tracker.
If you really prefer support mails over this, sure, I can do it. It just feels weird to me.- view 2 more comments

I just compared these two pages:
* https://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisf...
* https://getsatisfaction.com/ghostery/...
The difference between them is that the former checks for duplicates and the latter doesn’t. So if you want to avoid duplicates, you should probably change the way new topics are posted. It should be possible to configure this process somewhere in the project settings. -

We're working on a new support solution so it shouldn't be an issue moving forward.
