When blocking is paused, change the label on the button "pause blocking" to "resume blocking"

When blocking is paused, change the label on the button in the pull down menu that is labeled "pause blocking" into "resume blocking" for increased clarity that blocking is paused and can be resumed.

    Which browser are you using, and which version of Ghostery do you have?
