Whitelist from button
It would be nice to whitelist and un-whitelist a single website by clicking on the ghostery button, in a similar way other extensions offer this, live AdBlockPlus, Better Popup Blocker, etc.

Thanks for using Ghostery!
You can do that from the Ghostery UI.. just not a one click on the actual Ghostery icon. Select "Edit Blocking Options" > "Don't block on...[URL]".. this will add that URL to the whitelist.

Also, we are working on removing the "Edit Blocking Options" step, to make it easier and more intuitive to access in-page blocking preferences.

I think I am just starting to understand how it works. If I got it correctly, you can checkbox the items you want to block, and "don't block on" effectively inverts this.
@Alexei that'd be a nice improvement! Because right now, I find it kinda confusing even though I'm the smartest person on the planet*!

The "Don't Block on ..." button adds the shown URL to Ghostery's whitelist, so that Ghostery will not block anything on that page after a reload.
This button is independent from individual tracker blocking toggles (the checkboxes), which is another potential source of confusion we will address in the future. -
