Whitelisting a specific tracker on a specific site

Blocking options are global and whitelisted sites have no blocking at all. Can we have a mix of both?
The idea is instead of whitelisting a site and allowing all trackers on this site, you whitelist a specific tracker on a site
e.g. allow only Facebook Connect and Facebook Social on 9gag.com but block those two on other sites
