I use Firefox - It works fine but if I go on the MSN web site it shows adds and is even targeting me with specific ads - so somehow they are tracking me. I use Duck Duck Go as a search engine.

Ghostery is not an ad blocker; it generally doesn't target first-party advertising.

I just did another check - Ghostery doesn't block anything and it says - This page was not scanned !
Ghostery for Firefox version 5.2.0-
can you try creating a new FFX profile to see if the not scanned goes away? don't delete your current so you can go back.

Which site does Ghostery report as "not scanned?"

If you open the Block Log first, I think you'll see that blocking is working.

Well, I'm not sure what is going on - If they are showing me "Targeted Ads" then somehow they were able to track me and when I get the "This page was not scanned" message from Ghostery then I have to assume it is not blocking their pages and trackers.
Oh well, I know just enough to be dangerous to myself so I think I will just call it quits and put my faith in you guys. Thanks for your help! -
