Why not just block it on the current website first?

Why must it block a selected item on all other websites? It is time consuming and you will be spending a large amount of time pressing the "Always allow on this website" button. This is only useful for people who block everything by default and allow a few items, but it is a hassle for people like myself who like to allow everything by default and block a few items.

So I think it would be so much better if there was an option to block a selected item on the current website without automatically blocking it on all other websites.
