Recently updated from 2.9.6 on Snow Leopard, 10.6, to the latest 5.4.1. I'm seeing that the last update was 7/12/14, and when I update now it won't go beyond that. Reports "success," no matter how many times I close options and try to update again.
The 5.4.1 is updating properly in Mountain Lion, 10.8.5.

Hi There,
Thanks for using Ghostery!
Whats the tracker count on the 10.6? -
-
I do remember now that there was a limit to the size of the trackers package in the 2.9.6, but don't understand why this should continue to present a problem with the upgraded 5.4.1.
Not booted to the Snow right now to see that, but will get to it and reply as soon as I can.-
cool. Let me know!

so the weird thing is.. the last update date is sticking.. but your library has the most current tracker count.

trying to figure stuff out.. My guess is that this will be fixed if you created a new Firefox profile and installed a new Ghostery 5.4.1. I can't replicate using the versions you stated.

No way I'm going to go to the trouble of creating a new profile just for this. I will try to uninstall Ghostery, both from the AOM and in Prefs.js, and then reinstall. Besides those, any other items to remove?
But if the tracker/cookie library is complete, I may just live with it. Don't often use Firefox in the Snow partition.-
Glad to hear it.. We just released a new tracker library and was hoping that would slap it back into reality. Thanks!

Update: Just booted into Snow and updated. This time the 5.4.1 updated correctly to 10/24. Nothing changed here. Go figure.

That is correct. 10/28 was the last library updated. We should have a new one out this week hopefully.

Except, on my 10.6.8 it updated from 10/28 to 11/29. Didn't say "already up to date" and leave it at 10/28. Can you explain that? That was why I posted again to this topic.
