would you consider Wordpress jetpack a 3rd party tracker?

There is an addon for selfhosted wordpress blogs called http://jetpack.me that apparently uses the comment function of wordpress.com.

This is included via an url jetpack.wordpress.com, e.g on this page http://bernadettedoyle.com/blog/index... and uses the wordpress.com login, so it could be considered a 3rd party widget.

The function is included via an iframe, so the source page doesn't get any tracking data, but wordpress.com gets the site url of course.

example url: http://jetpack.wordpress.com/jetpack-comment/?blogid=56455577&postid=206&comment_registration=0&require_name_email=1&stc_enabled=1&stb_enabled=1&show_avatars=1&avatar_default=mystery&greeting=Leave+a+Reply&greeting_reply=Leave+a+Reply+to+%25s&color_scheme=light&lang=en-US&jetpack_version=2.8&sig=0adca0a17467a71eb6d9493bed5c1b22e184cee2
