I found it on http://www.datamation.com/open-source... with the url http://www.qsstats.com/dcslkqz1s10000....
Apparently this generates a unique id to be used in javascript.

First party (same ownership as Datamation), rare, and doesn't appear to be a tracker.

While the domain isn't interesting, we might consider adding /\\/wtid\\.js/ to WebTrends (via pattern id 39).
