Yandex-metrics analytics is not banned fully

Yandex-metrics (yandex analytics) is not banned fully. Currenty, only JS is banned, but there are also noscript img tag for js-disabled browsers:

Please, add *//mc.yandex.ru/watch/* to the list of prohibited stuff.

Request to mc.yandex.ru is displayed in firebug "net" console, WHEN JS is turned OFF. For example site: http://tinyurl.com/cyn5cll
