You should be able to push Control key and reload and have it temporarily stop blocking for the new reload.

When I'm using ghostery, I should be able to push CTRL and reload to reload current page without blocking.

Much appreciated feedback. So you are saying on a page refresh/reload Ghostery should not block? Why would you want to allow trackers in that case?
