Help get this topic noticed by sharing it on Twitter, Facebook, or email.

I have changed iPad and access mobile database is no longer there. When I go to download the app it wants me to pay again. Please advise.

  • Hi Howard,

    This is not an issue of the app. This is an issue of Apple / iTunes. My first idea would be that you set up your second iPad with an iTunes (e-mail) account that is different from the one that you used on your earlier iPad. Nevertheless, I suggest that you solve this issue with Apple.
