Splice DB2 connection problem

I'm using the Splice application (subscribed), but I can't define a non-default port for connection to a DB2 database. It seems to be a bug, because there is a field to inform it, but it doesn't change the connection URL, neither is saved, as after saving the connections properties, The port value gets back to its default (50000). Is there any chance to fix this? It's something that I really need to be able to do.

We have confirmed this bug and entered it at It will be fixed for the next release.

The only workaround we can think of is to just use the JDBC driver directly by creating a new connection, scrolling to the bottom and selecting "JDBC Driver". The driver class field should be "" and the URL will be "jdbc:db2://HOST:PORT/DATABASE". For the driver itself, you can still use the one bundled with Splice by clicking the filed next to "Driver" and navigating to /Applications/

Please let us know if this works so we can instruct other users about this workaround.
