SQL Server Mobile Database Client Question

I'm thinking about using SQL Server Mobile Database Client. Do I need to have an API set up for the app to communicate with? If not, how does the app directly query my SQL Server? Thank you!

    Hello Weien,

I am not entirely sure what you mean by 'Do I need to have an API set'. I believe the answer is 'no'. You have to configure the app with some details of your SQL Server and then you're good to go. I have written a connection manual for the SQL Server app of impathic that might be of help to you. You'll find this manual by following this link: http://www.e-controller.eu/files/Conn...

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Mickel
