App Calculation issue

I've been using the app for years and now nothing is adding up correctly. Is this a bug that is being worked on or did I mess something up?

Sorry Goodbudget's giving you troubles! Can you give me more information about what's not adding up? Is it your Account balances that are wrong, or something else?

Hi. Same problem here. I'm not perfectly sure for how long - about a month?

I'm using the app for years now - over 3 years paid, never happened before.

It looks like the sums are synchronised (so app and page show the same), but since some transactions aren't being sent - it doesn't add up.

P.S. I've sent comment here and email - by the time I returned to app - works like a dream (standard I got used to). Thank you.

I'm just curious if someone on your team sorted it out so instantly, or just logging on the website (which I do about once a year) sorted things out?
Anyway - thank you for really great app. Apart from last few weeks it always worked flawlessly.

By the time we got to your email, it looked like you had resolved the issue from your end, so we didn't do anything from our side. It sounds like you logging in solved it, but we've heard other other reports of syncing issues that we're investigating. So, if you do experience more syncing issues, let us know!
