App will not sync on my iPhone or my wife’s iphone

My iPhone app has not synced for a week. It says it needs internet connection. All other apps are working. I have internet connection. The app has worked for almost a year up to a week ago. I can access on the web but must have the app working . I logged out and now cannot log in. It says it needs connection. Again, I have connection. all other apps are working.

Hi Robert,

Sorry for the syncing problems! Would you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and seeing if that allows you to login? If that still doesn't work, would you shoot us an email at support@goodbudget.com with 1) the email address on your Goodbudget household and 2) a screenshot of the error message you're seeing so we can take a closer look?
