Balances aren’t adding up

Hi. I’ve enjoyed this software so far. I’ve Just recently updated all of my balances and allocated all available money. I’m confused why my TOTAL for all Account balances and my TOTAL for all envelopes doesn’t add up. What am I missing? I can usually figure this out, but I’m at a loss. If it’s a matter of some transaction being typed i. Wrong then I’ll probably just have to erase all of my history and start from scratch because I have not used Goodbudget for a year and I find the reconcile tool doesn’t work well... especially months beforw

Sorry for the confusion with your totals! Would you shoot us an email at support@goodbudget.com with your household email address? We'll be able to take a closer look for you and get those numbers synced up again -- your Envelopes and Accounts totals should always be equal, and if not that means something's gone awry!
