Change order of accounts

It'd be great to be able to change the order accounts appear in when entering a transaction. Currently the account I use most frequently is far enough down the list that I have to scroll to see it when entering a new transaction on my phone.

Hi Ted,

Thanks for the suggestion. I've logged it to our tracker. Meanwhile, on the device we display things in alpha order in both the Accounts tab and Account dropdown when recording a transaction. If you prefix your most commonly used account with a "1" that will get it to the top. Not necessarily the most elegant, but it does work.

Just a heads-up: there's currently a website bug on Account Overview where when you rename an account it disappears from the listing temporarily. If you refresh the page it will show again. We'll be fixing this with our next rollout.

Hi there, just wanted to update this thread that we updated the website functionality so that, like on the Android device, Accounts display in alpha order on the website too.

+1 this. Actually just posted this as a feature request in a different thread before I found this suggestion here. This would be really helpful for me for the same reason @Ted suggested -- I have over 10 accounts active and hate scrolling :-).

Thanks for the suggestion! I've added your comments to the tracker. The best workaround we have for now is to just add a prefix to your Account names to set their order. For example:

0-Checking
1-Savings
Etc.

Not the most elegant solution, but it's something you can do now. Hope that helps!
