Eeba stopped syncing from my iphone to the website.

Eeba hasn't synced from my iphone to my webaccount in two months. Either it says "Hm, I'm having trouble syncing" or it just spins indefinitely. Help!

Are you able to access the eebacanhelp.com website through your phone? And would you mind emailing us your household username at support@eebacanhelp.com? Looking at your household, will help us to look at your syncing trouble. I'm sorry for the frustration.
