Could there be an option for custom folders for envelopes in the future? For example, I could use a folder that might be called "household folder" and in it I might want envelopes for the mortgage, insurance, cable, water, internet, electric, gas, etc. or another example - have bills in one folder and other envelopes where I have more control over spending them in another. Any my wife could have a folder of her own envelopes - like that?

You can make subfolders!  I use them extensively.  For example, we live in PA and are in the process of purchasing a retirement home in NY.  We want to track expenses for each separately, so I have a labeled NY:xxxx and PA:xxxx respectively.  Bills that are not exclusive to either I have in HH:xxxx (for household), such as, Cell Phones, Pet/Vet; Memberships, etc.  

You could do the same with HH:xxxx, Mrs Taylor:xxxx, Mr Taylor:xxxx.  We use our initials as the label for brevity.
