How to best keep users informed on priorities and current development activities

Whenever a user asks in the forum why a particular fix or improvement has not yet been done in GoodBudget and friction starts to build up, customer service eventually offers a special link in the text so that particular user can study what has been going on in the inner circle of GoodBudget's developers.  Afterwards, that special link is then left in the text to again be buried inside the forum.

My suggestion is to simply put that specific special link up permanently on the main screen of the forum so users can easily look it up themselves whenever they are in the forum and have questions.

This would offer clarity, accountability and it would also greatly improve the quality of the user-customer service interaction.

Just my 2 cents, for what it's worth...
