I have reached my device limit and the app suggests that I remove some devices from my account.

I can see the devices on the web page (and don't want to keep any of them on the account), but the only option I have is to revoke access for the device. This I do, but it has no effect - if I refresh the web page all is as it was originally and I can still not login with my devices.

I don't know if it is a factor, but the devices listed on the web page no longer exist, they have been completely formated and therefore the app is no longer on them.

I really need to be able to access the app from both my phone and my wife's phone for it to be of any use to me. At the moment neither of us can use it on our phones.

Thanks

Hi Adrian,

You should be able to revoke access for a device as you have described. It shouldn't matter whether the devices have been reformatted or not.

Can you email us at support@eebacanhelp.com with you household name? With this, we can take a look at your revoke access page and try to figure out what's happening.

Thanks!
